Thank you. I was so confused as to how to lift up the ink cartridge until it clicks but God led me to this video as I was honestly praying to God to help me with this as I have lots to print and I was beginning to worry the cartridges were faulty. This whole time i was printing out blank pages and couldnt figure out why. It's because I left the seal on when I changed my ink. Thank you for reminding me. 😀

Unfortunately I have a stockpile of these printers at my company that don't work. They seem to literallly be disposable. 7 flashes error code and the only help I get is to contact service center. Servicing cost more than the printer did...

My MG2920 is flashing both the green and yellow lights. I cannot get my ink cartridges out. The carriage is not moving. It did before. Now it won't. I just put a fresh Canon black ink cartridge in. Can you help me, if nothing else, to get my new cartridge out? Thanks.

my Pixma 2520 is saying ink absorber almost full - how do I clean it? Charlotte Mission gives instructions on like "how to clean a cannon ink absorber" but she does not mention the model # will her instructions work on my 2520 before I tear it all apart I want to make sure it will. Thanks

Hey may I ask? Should I install both of the ink cartridges? Because I only bought the color one and not the black one and when i am trying to print my work it says "ink is not properly installed" something like that..this is my first time installing that thing :(
