As someone who grew up on the Gulf Coast of the US, and regularly shops at an Asian market, not a single one of those chicken answers surprised me. In fact, I yelled out 'feet!' as soon as the question was asked. Every part of it can be found at various markets from Texas to Florida. We often bought the necks, not for eating, but to bait our crab traps with. The majority of Americans are raised with a mindset of certain parts of an animal being 'good' and others being 'gross', and as a result, so much goes to waste in this country, while so many other countries utilize as much as they can.
