They could make $1000's if they made a system for you to send in a pair of shoes and they build it into your shoe for you. Just like the companies and individuals that you send your shoes to get your design drawn into them. The companies charge up to $250 per shoe your guys could charge that easily.

I made something similar to these back when this video was new. I had so much trouble fastening the LEDs to the shows. I tried a few glues, gorilla glue didnt hold, and silicone didnt hold. I also tried LED strips that had adhesive, but they too peeled off.
What I finally did get working was using the kind of strps that have silicone covering the outside, but flat and sticky on the back side. THen I stuck velcro to the sticky, and velcro to the shoes. Originally I put velcro along the whole strp, but it turns out that its hard to remove if you do the whole strip, so only do a bunch of small spots if you want to be able to remove it to wash your shoes
