Home-made kebabs made easy by making the mixture in a food processor, home-made soft wraps, mint yoghurt and kachumbari.. now that’s a wrap!

Ingredients:
500g minced meat
1 onion, halved
A bunch of coriander leaves
2 slices of bread, cut into pieces
1 egg
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil, for frying

For the wraps:
3 cups Pembe Home Baking flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp oil
1 cup warm water

Method:

For the meat, add the meat, onion, coriander leaves, bread, egg, cumin powder and salt into a food processor and blend. Take the mixture out and then oil your palms and shape the meat into long kebabs. Fry on a pan with some oil for 3-5 minutes and set aside.

For the wraps: Mix flour, with salt, baking powder and oil. Add water and mix again to form a dough. Knead properly and then divide into 12 portions. Roll out each portion into a large circle and cook on a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side.

Spread mint yoghurt over the tortilla and place the kebab, load on some kachumbari, roll, secure with a toothpick and serve.
