How To Create an Invoice

Are you looking to understand how to create and send an invoice on your PayPal Business Account? Here's a breakdown of what you need to know about creating, customizing, and sending invoices to your customers.

Log in to your PayPal Business Account, and click "Pay & Get Paid" on the navigation. Then go to "Create and Manage Invoices" and click "Create Invoice". Type in your customer's information and select the type of invoice and currency. If needed, add shipping details. To add line items, click the "+" icon, where you can add the quantity and the price of the items. You can also add notes or a message to your customer, and even include your logo and other customizations. When you're ready, just click "Send". Once the invoice has been paid, you'll see the status change in your dashboard.
