Log in to your PayPal Business Account, and click "Pay & Get Paid" on the navigation. Then go to "Create and Manage Invoices" and click "Create Invoice". Type in your customer's information and select the type of invoice and currency. If needed, add shipping details. To add line items, click the "+" icon, where you can add the quantity and the price of the items. You can also add notes or a message to your customer, and even include your logo and other customizations. When you're ready, just click "Send".
