In Finland armed guards systematically patrol INSIDE the metro cars, every line and every day, from first car to the last. That's why dealing of pills, harrassment of women, vaping & smoking, throwing bottles to fellow passengers, shitting on bench, and stabbing has largely moved out of the metro train, and once you're inside the train it's pretty safe.
