I think he didn’t run over that psycho because what would be the difference between him and his father then!!!..
His father tried to kill that psycho as a result so many life are destroyed distroyed now...if he run over him it would be like father like son....
And he was fighting against all these nasty people.. How could he do the same as them.?(just to protect the loved onece!!...if thats it his father would be a good man also)
