You're a guy we've watched and respected for years. Asking price is 325k, i want to come in at 300. Do you think it is possible? She's older, tired, wants to move. I want to second view and sit and have a chat. In my experience, property is only worth what a mortgage company valuer states. Ergo, banks control the prices for any property requiring a mortgage.
