This video shows the creation of a program counter for a simulated 4-Bit CPU.

CPUs are the central processors for computers and many digital devices, and understanding how they work is useful for anyone who is a programmer. In this video the program counter component is created, from two standard registers and a dedicated adder - for which previously-made components are used.
