Lenovo L340 Gaming Laptop Upgrade Guide - Performance Boost?

I’ve upgraded my Lenovo L340 gaming laptop and will guide you through the full process here and show you the performance differences this makes in games. I’ll be upgrading the RAM, WiFi card, M.2 SSD drive, and installing a 2.5” drive caddy and SATA cable.

Many thanks - just installed a 1TB HD into our L340 - one minor issue is the connecting table flip-over flange popping out (or having a malfunctioning hinge). The good news is you can still insert the flat cable and secure with some electric tape and that all gets sandwiched and held in place by the M2 SSD reinsertion :)

mine has the hardware for the extra drive and i bought mine almost two years ago. with todays games it definitely needs an upgrade, awesome video
