Hunter Biden unlikely to serve time after being found guilty, expert says

Hunter Biden could face up to 25 years in prison after being found guilty on all three counts in his federal gun trial, though legal experts believe it is unlikely he would serve time.

Pres. Biden told ABC News in an exclusive interview last week that he would not pardon his son, but the president also has the option to commute the sentence, a legal expert said.
