Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I have a faceless YouTube channel and I've been posting a bunch of Shorts lately. The thing that worked best for me was giving my videos a small boost on third party tools specifically designed for this (my favorite is to use a bit of Famester). Vanessa: I love the part where you said, "Withdrawal is necessary to creativity." I think of this similarly, in that as creators, we sometimes focus too much on the summer season of our business, and we ignore winter when she comes. We ignore the dark, the death, the destruction. And yet, we DESPERATELY need our winter season JUST as much as we need summer in order to create true, lasting balance, and an ability to be ever-changing creators. It doesn't mean we always need to burn it all down, but as you mentioned here - Start with taking a week off. Taking rest. Allowing yourself to not always be plugged in. Get out of your business, and into your life! <3

I too took a sabbatical from my company for a year around the same time as you, after my marriage fell apart and I went through a long-distance separation due to infidelity, and due to Canada's housing crisis (I couldn't find a home within several hours of my ex husband and ended up having to move 3 hours away). I genuinely have been processing and figuring out who I am NOW that I have gone through all of that, and coming back has been a rocky journey. I feel you are one creator that simply GET IT. <3 I have felt the pull to be less the face of my work, and to have it continue without needing to be on a public pedestal of it all, which I am still figuring out.
