Hello Sina! I just discovered your video by accident and I'm so glad I did! 😊
I was searching for some help to improve the personal videos that I'm starting to make for family members and friends who are very busy and live far away. I almost never get to see these people and I used to do video chats with them, but with the difference in schedules and time zones, it's become nearly impossible. So we figured out a plan to make a 5 -video every week for the purpose of briefly keeping each other up to date on our lives.
I'm not a YouTuber or corporate person, just a 62-Year-Old retired dental assistant who is working on becoming comfortable with my maturing face and body . I had made a video message for my daughter's birthday the other day and when I watched it, I was shocked by how bad it was. 🤪 That's actually what led me here.
Of course, I did use the selfie camera on the front of my phone and held it out in front of me. I know, it's like a fun house mirror that accentuates a larger nose and Chin . My face is quirky looking normally, but making videos this way produced terrible results. I'm not used to holding a video camera in front of me, so the natural relaxed look that I wanted to convey was replaced with a robotic and sad looking replica of who I really am. I get uptight immediately in front of a camera, even my own. That's something I will be working on and believe that repetition will help me to become the relaxed person who I normally am, and would like my family and friends to see.
In closing, I just wanted to say that you are such a lovely young woman who has a wonderful video presence and
are so poised and beautiful. I was drawn to your video because of the way you handle yourself with poise and confidence. Just watching you, the way you moved and the way you spoke, taught me a lot. The tips you recommended were wonderful and I know incorporating them will help to improve my presence in future videos. Thank you! ❤
