I can probably only explain one of these Mistakes. So everyone knows that AM is morning and PM is Afternoon. So I think that when Judy was doing the play and she said "Thank You And Good Night" it was probably Noon or past that when the play was happening. So when most people see someone at noon or past that and they go home for the day they probably say good night because as the time moves forward it gets later.

*I hope what I said makes sense*

It's possible that a lot of these animation mistakes happen because it's a different person who animates one scene from another. Like with the beaver, someone added a small detail of the beaver using his tail to smooth the cement, but when someone else animates the next scene, they add a detail of a cement smoother because they didn't know the last person used the beaver tail, or vise versa.

1. Her purse may have been out of the shot by the camera not being on it at the time, or it could have been behind the photo.

2. She may still have them, but have put them somewhere safe, like into a pocket perhaps?

3. It may have been loose and slid down.

4. She may simply have moved the clock to her desk for some reason, such as if it's the only one she has in order to keep track of the time.

5. Her notebook could have been out of shot, behind the clock.

6. The coloring of the microwave door and the light could have caused that, like how tinted sunglasses and tinted windows can make something appear a different color.

7. Technology can sometimes be problematic sometimes by acting up. Anyway, even a stopped/broken clock is right twice a day.

8. It could again be that Lionheart simply made a mathematical mistake. Some people just aren't as good at maths as other people, which I know from personal experience. I can do some maths, but it isn't my strength. My strength is more in science, particularly biology.

9. She may have simply removed the sheet from her folder.

10. It could be she had turned round because the top layer of the cement was dry. That typically happens obviously because of exposure to air.

11. One of the other otters may have had hold of it, and handed it to them.

12. The doughnut may have been stuck in his fur or in a roll of body fat only visible from a different angle, so couldn't be seen at first, especially since it's only seen once he moves his head.

13. It could have been put there while the camera wasn't focused on it.

14. She was only a little kid at the time. People, especially children can sometimes make mistakes like that very easily, especially since little kids can sometimes say things which are funny. Or the next scene could have been the next day.

15. They may not have been visible from a different angle, or due to different lighting.

16. He could indeed have gotten out of it, and she put it over him again, having done it the opposite way around.

17. The name plate may have been shifted from the giant doughnut and weasel smacking into it. Or it could be that someone moved it, since she was called to Chief Bogo's office immediately after.

18. There may be another set facing the opposite way, and the middle may just be filled with part of the sign the same color as the sky was at the time, making it appear that way.

19. Judy may simply have had a spare radio with her. People sometimes have a spare of something in case the one they're using gets damaged, lost, dirty, or stops working. Alternatively, she may have found and retrieved it.

The missing keys - after Judy gets the keys in her right hand, bucky & pronk go by, as they do, you can see the hand holding the keys doing a "stuffing motion" into her pants (right when you hear "Yeah, well we're loud"). You could argue that her outfit doesn't really have pockets, but the animators did try to account for how the keys disappeared.
The alarm clock - it's not unreasonable that Judy would have the clock near her bed to wake her but in the morning she moves it to desk so it's not sitting in the sun all day.
The helmet - there was a long enough gap between seeing the "fern" with nothing behind it for the music-bobcat kid to slide it onto the stage. That's the most reasonable solution but if you're going to discount the simple solution then you can call it a mistake.

I thought "Thank you! Good night!" Was just a typical way of ending the final stage performance of the day. A common theater expression like "Break a leg."

There were ALOT of inconsistencies in this movie🤯
They literally hire teams of people to edit the movie, solely to find any height differences and correct any "magically moving objects"

"Thank you and good night"--daylight savings time. The show could've ended about 7 or 7:30 pm and it's still light out

02:15 the scene where she´s watching into the microwave is from an earlier deleted scene where she´s not wearing it anymore.

5:33 — A lot of places have daylight at night/ in the evening during the summer… I live in Canada and here in June sunset isn’t until 9:30pm it’s perfectly normal to have like a school concert at 6pm or whatever and to come out to daylight 🤷🏽🤷🏽

you missed the news time. first news appearance it says 6:01 PM and then shifts to 6:02. in the next news appearance later on in the film, it’s still 6:01 PM and jumps to 6:02 PM again

Yeah, it's frequent input that they used the old clip into the latest movie without notice that they should update to the "final version", such as showing the picture close-up and Judy watch her dinner cooked up.

The part where Lionheart says "I got a "dozen and a half" animals here, who have gone off the rails crazy" he should have properly said "a dozen and a quarter" (12 (dozen) + 3 (quarter dozen) and this of course, includes Manchas. But one of the few things I have noticed that was left out in certain scenes that has never been brought to light by one of these videos, to my knowledge was in Doug's Night Howler train lab, there is a pipe going across the walkway in the floor between the two shelves of Night Howler patch tables where Nick and Judy walk through that, I am surprised is there, as it would seem to be quite the trip hazard, especially, for Doug, but I guess it was needed to help supply something to grow the plants, but that pipe is there for some scenes, and gone for other scenes. Also, in the scene where Judy talks to Bogo, I believe when he sets his glasses down on his that those disappear as well.

0:55 can see her original eyes that are no where near the glasses.

I know the clothing swap when she gets home then in front of the microwave and then after that is because the in front of the microwave moment is cut from an otherwise deleted scene and the conversation on FaceTime after that is different in the deleted scene she doesn’t have her uniform on it’s a whole different convo not the “meter maid! Meter maid! Meter maid!” One we see in the actual movie
