She's dead. That's about the only conclusive thing we can glean from Kakashi's dialogue concerning.

One of a few reasons.

1. You have not credited the rightful owner of the song or any clips you have used.
2. The particular body that owns the song or the clips has put a block on their content being used by people on Youtube.
3. You haven't put a disclaimer stating what isn't yours (see description)

Also, some things I post don't get through the first time, so I go back, change a few things, re-render it, and post it again. It usually gets through the second time.
