The old timer story is one of the best stories we've heard on this channel. Probably on any channel (in my opinion). A little funny a musician told it because it would've made some fantastic song lyrics. Better yet, maybe even a scary movie. I am not judging what the old timer done, those speed freaks drove him crazy. Heck, he couldn't even sleep. Lack of sleep will drive a person crazy. Add in the tweakers, them robbing him every chance they got, and the threats. The situation was a ticking time bomb. Police couldn't/wouldn't help. I'd say they may have even unwittingly planted the seed inside old timers head. It boiled down to him or them.

Story 3, this isn't the first time that a very rich Musl*m (usually oil money) commits a serious crime while studying/traveling in the West and gets away with it due to Diplomatic immunity as well as paying the victim's family a few millions, which is pocket change for them. The rich elite in those countries are all related to the Royal family and Embassy, and thus are covered by diplomatic immunity. This goes from parking and speeding tickets, all the way to unaliving a child on the road for racing their Lamborghinis in the middle of a city. No repercussions whatsoever..

Story #1 and #2 both got to me. The first for obvious reasons - I thought about my grandsons and I pray that nothing like that ever happens to them. The second story, wow. The old man could've called the police to come and get them after they were trapped in the moving truck. I see his side, of course. Nobody wants to be robbed and he said that they threatened his life. The cops wait until someone's been seriously injured or murdered before they do anything, what is a citizen supposed to do when their life has been threatened and the police won't do anything? (Assuming he actually told the truth about what they told him.) Very clever of him to come up with a solution to the problem but that was incredibly cruel and he went too far. I'm amazed that he got away with it and even bragged about it to the author of the story. Because he knew they were just passing through and wouldn't stick around to tell on him, I suppose. There needs to be something in place to keep citizens safe between being threatened and the threat being carried out, whatever that entails.

Story #3, I'm not God but I can assure you that there are no unborn children in the place that the man in that story said that they were. I guess the UK and the US have some things in common: people that are unhinged, not wrapped tightly, or "bonkers" as someone from the UK might say. Can’t blame the old timer with the tweakers. He was driven to it by the constant break-ins and constant fear of those break-ins. If you fck with people’s homes and/or families - especially repeatedly - it’s game on with no rules 🤷‍♀️
