Omgg that’s my neighborhood!! I love to go biking around the whole neighborhood and I like to swing at the parks a lot!! The swings are Amazing and my favorite never take them down! ❤️

Well, you did good until the HOA came up - CCMC is the worst HOA ever. They have neglected the waterfront property in another city to the point of legal action. They give residents cease & desist orders if they ask too many times when long term ongoing problems don't get fixed. They forget who pays their salary. I won't even bother looking any more at this community while this HOA is in charge; not going through that again.
