How to do factory reset for DDJ-SX3

Hello I use my sx3 to spin vinyl with connected Turntables to PHONO, and to also mix digitally with a laptop via LINE. Recently my headphone jacks don’t respond when pressing cue or master cue (checked volume etc, and I’ve had this board with no issues for about 4 years now no damages or spills at all) would factory resetting like you have done in this video possibly work? Or could it headohone jacks just be blown?

On Sx3 I turn volume up with in 20 minutes of mixing using headphones it cuts off and also can the master volume on the screen be adjusted mines not moving it moves when controller is not CB connected appreciate help please
