Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV - (-33C) Eco Hybrid Mode Test

A follow up to yesterday's hybrid mode - 15C test. I cannot control the weather so today....Surprise its cold enough to freeze your bits off. I have to go out, so the test must go on.
