My clan only has 37 members, and it’s perfect between us! I’ve been in it for over 3 years and a Co for over 2. There are many of us, including myself, that have alt accounts. There are 2-3 OG members that are innactive. Subtracting our 2nd and 3rd accounts, we have roughly more than 25 people in the clan. We don’t often get new players that stay, so we get a new permanent member maybe 3-5 times a year, and lose 1-2. Despite a smaller clan size, we operate like full clan; we are tightly knit and chill.

theres always that one member in clan who only does the easiest attacks in the clan capital so he can get as much loot as possible to look good

Low level heroes arent actually that hard to catch up on. Just max queen first and switch from hunting gold and elixir to looking for 4000+ dark elixir bases. Because of your low level heroes you'll end up being paired with other bases with low level heros which means that their dark elixir storages are usually pretty full. So 10 or so raids later and you can level both king and queen from like level 16 to level 17. The last 5 levels are usually the hardest
