Hi Neeta, I need to prepare 25 grams of dried mint leaves. Can you pls tell me how many grams of fresh mint would be needed for it?

Nicely explained, but I am wary of using microwave. Don't know if 20 years later some research proves microwaving dangerous. Better stick to the traditional and trusted option of drying in the sunlight.

Can I use a halogen oven to dry my mint leaves? If so, then how long would you advise and on which heat? Thanks

it's not recommended to dry oil rich herbs directly under the sun or light source, because they lose their essential oils and hence their essence. better dry them without exposure to light, like in a paper bag, but make sure they stay ventilated.
