I like your brain dump trigger list. I would add...What are you grateful for? What does your body need? What did you learn? What did you do to take care of yourself? What are you looking forward to? Things worth remembering... Things to let go of... People to connect with... Side note, I made sure that Stickshifts and Safetybelts was played at our wedding reception.

I also agree the new Muse song is a banger. They rarely disappoint. Loving the favourite band and song quote idea. I’m going to try and incorporate that into my journal. Thanks for always being entertaining, educational and inspirational.

Love the sheep/goat quote! I use my journal as my "whatever" dumping ground.. Love the unipin pens - they also do a 0.1 sepia coloured one that I use a lot. Sam at The Planner Spot has a free downloadable "trigger list" that is very helpful - I think you have to sign up for her email??? I can't remember. Take care. xx

Beautiful flowers, wish I could draw like that, I have been practicing... but alas.
My trigger list idea is Volunteer /Service opportunities: Other organizations like church, school, civic, community. For example this weekend is when we gather in the veteran's cemetary to remove the holiday wreaths from the graves. Look for ways to give back each month. Thanks for sharing.

It might be worth putting a little Avery page flag on that trigger list page so you can easily hop back to it over the coming months. (Or a tab made of washi tape, or even just a little post-it note sticking out.)
This layout is so pretty! I love the colors and the 'background' art.

I always enjoy your videos Cindy and your honesty. This is my 3rd year using a bullet journal and for the first time, I'm using daily spreads as a place to journal thoughts. I felt like my weekly spreads weren't getting much use as I'm not really concerned with productivity...lol
