Why so curious? Our dik-dik, Captain, found the camera in his habitat and decided to check it out. 👀 Take an up-close look at Captain's face and you'll see black spots below his eyes. These are preorbital glands that aid in scent-marking his territory.

And yes, that's what this species is called, after Scottish naturalist Sir John Kirk and the "dik-dik" noise that these teeny tiny antelope make!
