I have experienced both recently. Awareness of judgment, awareness of awareness, Awareness as Awareness. Shuddup. Complete silence, and I yes oscillating appears to fit. Thank you. No idea what This is.❤

how often do we need to confront people? In life we get battered and bruised, often come across rude/hostile people; it wouldn't make sense to try to confront and stand up and address all of the sleights and little jabs throughout the day, just practically it would be exhausting. Yet, is it always possible to clear energetic residues we accrue from other people just through individual work on our own, without needing to address it directly with the other person? I find it frustrating determining what the threshold is for when a line is crossed and needs to be directly addressed vs. what can just be grist for the mill to work out on one's own in the safety and comfort of one's home. I got a really unkind email from a family member, I sent an email response, though now I am feeling like I need to send a firmer email. I don't like the feeling like I need to do some particular involving someone else in order to be free. I'd like to work this through without needing to send another email, yet, I have found some of these energetic jabs aren't easily released even with days/weeks/months of inner work, (surrender to the energies, investigating associated memories/traumas, penetrating the density, etc.) until I relent and directly confront. I am willing to do it, I just don't like the feeling like I have to confront/involve someone else in order to liberate the energy. I would GREATLY prefer to work this out on my own without needing a further engagement/interaction in order to clear.

I attempted to bring this in to my last meditation session and by moving attentionbetween the thought and the sensation I seemed to have found a gap with an oceanic or space like quality. After losing contact with it I was able to repeat this several times. At one point it seemed that the distance between thought in sensation collapsed and all wascontained within the gap. Does this sound like what you were pointing to? When I was in that space I wasn’t sure if I should ask an inquiry question or just rest?
