The reason why Africa will not develop socio economically is because everyone just wants short cut in life. Everyone just wants to scam, defraud, steal, plunder, loot. No systems to allow people to engage in creativity to create good things, learn skills, learn technology, engage in good governance. The rot is in large scale and unsalvageable. Investors like black Americans are crying all over YouTube about buying land in Africa is a risky thing, you will get scammed. The sub Saharan Africa is devoid of honest, hard working, trustworthy, patriotic people. It is a rat race of scamming, defrauding by ordinary people and plunder of tax payers money at the governance level. How do we become the next tigers after Asia, with this mindset and attitude. How do we become innovative people if all we think about is a short cut to success.

This is one of the reasons why these countries are so rich....another one, heavy visa fees that are non-refundable, and they deny people visas for no reason at all....I saw a story on Lynn ngugi show how parents are wasting so much money for fees to their students in Australia, studying degrees that the government knows that it's nolonger useful/ marketable...there's nothing wrong with our universities and colleges
