Hello, I actually just finished Wes Mckinney's textbook to get a in-depth look at Pandas. I also took a Machine Learning course in my last term at university (Just finished, so like a month ago), but it was R-based. So to get myself up to speed with Python, I read Python For Everybody to get a basic handle of the language.

I also completed a Computer Science minor (Java was the university's language of choice) at university, with a major in Economics (Complementary courses are also econometrics, probability theory, and linear algebra). I was thinking of reading Hands-on ML by Aurelien Geron but it seemed a bit oversimplified, I think you have persuaded me to give this Python Machine Learning textbook a try! I'll tell you how it goes.

Nice. Can I have a softcopy of these books if you have?

I'm an ML noob and would love learn how to read ML papers. Do you have a guide that teaches new ML practitioners how to read ML papers? Love your content though.

Highly recommend the second book, Python Machine Learning. What was the third book on Deep Learning? The video shows a different book than the link.

You are so wrong about it being for beginners
I recommend Learning Python by O’Reilly then introduction to machine learning with Python
