“For people with the most sensitive and compromised skin” That is honestly so reassuring as some companies aren’t completely honest with what exactly is in their skincare products. Just to try one new product I do a patch test for 4-5 days before putting it on my face and still I get so much anxiety I will break out all over my face.

Sugarcane is NOT an eco-friendly alternative.

It can't be recycled as there are no facilities in the world therefore it will act just like plastics when in landfill.

"Biodegradable" is a lie only compostable products actually biodegrade and they too have to go through a compost facility and be processed under certain conditions (eg. Temperature etc.)

Please do your own research before believing that a product is sustainable or biodegradable etc.

Sorry for the rant just had to put this out there as it seems like greenwashing to me.

The good news in terms of the packaging being expensive is that because selfless is forging the way for sustainable packaging and showing that it's in demand, other brands will want to follow suit and more research will go into how to make these bioplastics more cost efficiently
