Hypnotic Layered [ASMR] For The BEST Sleep 💙

I took a little break from posting after getting sick... but am finally back with another new video!!

This week I experimented with some sound/video effects!! I've always loved listening to other people do layered sounds so here is my take on that trigger :)

I hope it relaxes you and that you find it soothing! Should be pretty easy to sleep to :)

Fun fact: The visual layering effect Cherie is using in this video is actually something you can have in your eyes if you're very sleep deprived. I have witnessed it myself once some 18 years ago. The only difference was that there weren't any clear outlines for objects and the trails were even longer than that, approximately 2 - 3 times that long. However, I do NOT recommend sleep depriving yourself as much as I did back then. ☝🏻

It's crazy that a video can affect your heartrate, but this one lowers my resting heartrate by at least 10bpm. Sometimes I have to rememver to breathe and shake my head, my body relaxes so much. Thank you!
