Oh The Book Woman was so good! It was heavier than I anticipated but so great! I’m really looking forward to Historathon! I put a TBR up on my channel... it’s extensive!

I am so excited for Historathon! Here is what I have put together for my TBR so far...The Yellow Bird Sings, The Underground Railroad, Aggie Morton and the Body Under the Piano, and Amongst the Roses. I have requested The Children's Blizzard from the library, so if it arrives in time, I am planning to read that as well! Your stack sound great! So many people are reading The Lovely War for this readathon! Makes me want to try and fit that one in as well!

Pachinko is one of my all time favorites and I also loved The Water Dancer. Historical fiction is my favorite genre and you always have great suggestions. You have recommended Burial Rites before and I am adding this to my TBR pile! Excited for the Historathon!

I am definitely participating in Historathon. I read 5 books this month but that is a lot for me so I probably won’t fill my board! I am planning to read The Children’s Blizzard, Yellow Wife and the group read for sure in February. I listened to Evelyn Hugo and Burial Rites on audiobook. I loved them both!

I’m so glad you said you may use one book for multiple prompts. I wasn’t sure if that was allowed. I’ve never heard of Pachinko but it sounds amazing!!

I loved Bookwoman! I’m reading The Girls in the Picture for the place I’ve visited prompt, and I just finished Pachinko. I really enjoyed it. I’m also going to read Evelyn Hugo. I’m really enjoying the focus on historical fiction.

I just bought The Bookwoman of Troublesome Creek at Christmas and am looking forward to reading it. Though mine has a different cover. Burial Rites is very good. Very atmospheric.
