I just got Detour Noir in the mail today. I have a decant of Layton, and honestly they’re close enough that I’m not sure if I’d even purchase the real deal Layton unless i can get it for a really good deal.

Perhaps another PDM fragrance like Carlisle or even Layton Exclusif would be something I’d consider for the money.

It’s unlike any other fragrance I have smelled. I’m not a connoisseur by any means but it’s so complex in the initial spray to the dry down.

Layton smells like Vick's Vapor Rub to me. Not a fan at all, but scent is subjective.

Almost all parfum de Marley share a note that I really don’t like BUT I used to not like Bleu de Chanel until I smelled it on someone. I believe our sense of smell evolves and we end up liking certain notes after some time.

I prefered Initio oud for greatness than Parfum De Marley Layton. I got so many compliments when i sprayed Initio ofg.

Don't like it's swettnes to sweet for me. Women's like it that's is 👌. Better alternative is for me Terre d'Hermes.
