Bacchus and Fodera both have a much fuller sound than the other 2. I actually like the Bacchus best. Has a bit more snap than the fodera without losing any low end

Love the midrange of the Bacchus & the Fodera. Their lowest notes have a bit more of a voice.

I like the snap of the F Bass but the *GROWL* of the Fodera

The fender is nearly perfect in the Paul Reed Smith is closed behind

Play a tiny bit bellow the bridge pickup for more bite. If you did that, the bacchus would’ve been best

In the first one it sounds quite good but a little loud, in the second one you hear something "sharp" in the slap, the third one is quite neutral and the fourth one is the one that sounded weakest of the 4

Even so, all 4 sound good in their own way.

In a mix id blend the f bass and foders together

For me, the most "balanced" sound is from the F-Bass👍

The fodrea is quite nice but in my opinion, nothing beats a good warwick

The way I understand it, is that R&B studio recording engineers prefer P-Bass for its classic tight low thump. As gorgeous as all the these thumpsticks are, to me none sounded like the artist recorded instrument. These would seem as great fusion basses, but for funk P-Bass #1, Stingray #2, Ibanez#3 JMO

i've watched enough of these videos to realize there's only extremely minimal differences in the sound of the instruments they display. i've fallen in to it to, but musicians tend to exaggerate the differences of the gear they see.
