Well, I live in Indiana so I cant carry switchblades, but for $20 this would make a cool little letter opener.

That is tip UP. You seem to be confused about this. Not the first time tip up was called tip down or vice versa. Know what you sell!

Yeah, it's tip up, he made a mistake there, get over it. $20 for a small 440 sounds reasonable, wouldn't wanna carry any switchblade that comes without a lock though.
