It is actually available from a few places. Where I live it's sold by a cosplay shop of all things. It's fairly cheap too. If i read their site correctly a 1000/2000/10 (and I assume that is in millimeters, can't think of what else it could be) piece costs 45 euros for the High Density variety. There is also a lower density variety that is even cheaper (28 euros for the same size piece). I am not associated with this shop in any way but since there seems to be some interest I will just say google for Cosplay and Belgium, it looks like most stuff can also be shipped internationally.

All molded cases have a slight draft so that the mold will release from the product. You need to do some measurements and account for the draft.

Do you have a link to the source of that foam? The yoga block I find are much smaller in the 2 longest dimensions and thicker in the shortest dimension.
