If you throw a remote mine right in the left corner of the hedge when you first start, detonate as you turn the corner to your left. Run straight inside the home and to the first room on the left, make sure Vinnie spots you and start chasing you, then lead him out on to the street right to the middle, an FBI vehicle will come speeding through and run him over. Definitely the best and most ironic way to deal with him. And it still nets you a silent assassin rating somehow
