Are Air-fried Korean Corndogs Possible?

Korean-style corndogs are my favorite snack to get every time I pass by a night market stall. I decided to try them at home by making everything from scratch and surprisingly it didn't take too much time and turned out cheaper
hese are also great for those looking to cut down on the grease and sugar :3
Ingredients:
4 sausages - (I used homemade ones)
4 skewers
1/2 Lotato
30-40g Mozzarella cheese
Breadcrumbs - (I blitzed up wholemeal toast)
Olive oil spray
Batter:
150g flour
50g rice flour
5g salt
4g dry yeast
20g honey
110ml warm water
1 egg
Toppings ideas:
Light mayo
Light tomato sauce
Mustard
Chilli flakes
Method:
1. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients for the batter separately
2. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and leave in a warm room / enclosed space sealed for an hour or until it roughly doubles in size
3. Skewer sausages and cheese
4. Cover sausage and cheese skewers in batter and coat in Lotato and breadcrumbs accordingly (You can also pour batter into a longer cup and dip)
5. Spray with oil and air fry at 180°C for ~10 minutes turning them half way through.
6. Nom with toppings of choice!
