My favorite thing about AAL is that they always seem to stay right in that "sweet spot" between rhythmically pleasing and so complex it just sounds like white noise. Plenty of musical ingenuity and technicality, but still has a rythym.

whats even more baffling about 1:30 is that Matt chimes in with some stellar footwork and actually keeps up with Tosin. This means that no matter how chaotic and disorganized this riff may seem, it was in fact all planned.

Love how this song is called 'The Woven Web'. Makes me think of Tosin and Javier's hands as spiders beautifully crafting and weaving the web, which are their guitar strings.
