We didnt think Luke was dead, it was a fanfic that left the whole fandom shook where Luke got sick and died in the end. It tore us apart so much, I remember seeing real, legit photos of him w the band and thinking "omg im so glad he looks well, i really thought he was sick" LOL. it was a very descriptive fanfic where Luke looked extremely weak and scrawny and visibly ill. anyways, yeah that fanfic (it was called Falling or Fading i think, but i think it got taken down) really messed us up, it was all over Twitter before Luke tweeted that he was fine and we all got a grip of reality haha
