Convert 1080P to 4K Using Superscale In Davinci Resolve 17

📢Hi everyone! Today's video is on how to Convert 1080P to 4K Using Superscale in Davinci Resolve 17. This is a great feature within Davinci Resolve to get around YouTube's compression for 1080P and to simply give your 1080P more data by upscaling to 4K to be close to it's actual representation after compression. Of course the other benefit is to give you a higher resolution video if you are limited to only 1080P. As some of you know, the 4K on the Canon M50 is limited because of the contrast base auto focus, making it difficult to use. This method can give you sort of a pseudo 4K from your M50 or similar camera.

I apologize folks, I feel that my wording is a bit misleading and what I meant to communicate is that upscaling from 1080P to 4K, when viewing in 4K is more of an accurate representation of what your 1080P footage should look like. YouTube's compression is heavy on standard 1080P. This is a good way to get around that.
