Here’s a little hint for Ikaruga: for the best score, you must kill enemies in groups of three. The game was designed this way. You will always get enemies grouped in 3’s. You already know the other part about killing them with the opposite color. Great video. Edit: Make sure they are the same color in those groups of 3 too!!

Great video Chris, love the thunder force games got a soft spot for 2, love the look of that tengai game really nice graphics on it, and the 1st two shoot'em'up looked stunning. Great stuff mate 👍

Play Radiant Silvergun on the 360 for a tenner mate 😂👍 I don’t really rate Sky Force myself, I went through them all on PS4 it’s okay but there’s no real traditional shmup challenge, it’s a huge grind of just playing the levels over and over again until the game decides you have enough stars for the next ship parts and allows you to progress.

Great choices. I would have a hard time picking favourites on the Switch, but you must try Rolling Gunner( plus the overdrive dlc)... Fantastic game.

It's an interesting take on the genre and very addictive.
