It's nice to get something from a game against a prestige club, , but In all honesty it means about as much as the 0-2 defeat to Oxford. Pre-Season results hold very little indication of how a season is going to go.

Glad to see Amo-Ameyaw get some game time, really liked him two years ago when he played final game of the season vs liverpool! Hopefully the euros shows that you don't need to protect your younger players if they are up to the task, which I think he is! COYS

That was an enjoyable evening back at St Marys before the new season - felt like being back at home. Alcaraz was brilliant, doubt he'll be interested in moving to Lazio now. Both goals were fantastic, but we definitely have work to do; I generally liked what AM did for the latter end of the season whilst Bazunu was out, but we can't work like that at the back in the prem, we'd continue to leak goals .... not good.
