Under that rational, the gas station who sold gas to the murders is also guilty and would be jailed for life. The person who yielded to the car on the street is guilty. The store that sold tires for that car is guilty. The company who sold the weapon is guilty.

If you loaned the car without knowledge of the possible crime there could be no liability. But if he loaned the car knowing Paul well the intention of those borrowing the car he is part of the crime.

Guys homie knew what was happening, read the court filings before grabbing your pitch forks. He called the roommate and they told him exactly what was happening and then decided not to tell the police when questioned. He was released literally a week ago.
