When I was in my teens in the 1980s in Ireland I was so envious that Britain had competent politicians who were to some degree held accountable by the voting public when compared to the Irish ones. Literally I weep now for that country - what happened . I dont recognized it anymore.

"Yes I broke the window but the stone I threw was to blame too" .Typical Johnson logic.

He’s abhorrent. I was going to write a lengthy post but I realised it would be expletive laden when describing him and his immoral gang. Didn’t want to sink to their level

He typically, like the worst narcissist in the world, diverted the question & pressure onto the individuals that harassed Starmer. That wasn't the question.

She tried to.
However he's a man that has no idea of what shame is or should be, so therefore he wouldn't feel any, immaterial of what anyone says to him.
He's rotten from the core.
Not just to it.

He is a complete and utter disgrace anyone with any moral compass would have resigned over the parties but this is unforgivable. Using conspiracy theorists allegations in the houses of Parliament is the lowest of the low. His own party is sinking into the mire with him, for not sacking him and saying nothing. Disgraceful from a Conservative prime minister, I thought they had some principles if caught out but no even that part of their morality has crumbled.

Well said Ruth Jones. As PM he should take responsibility for his words and actions, His MP's should expect that, and we the electorate DEMAND IT.

Clever question straight to the heart of the matter! Johnson should go, but he won't. He's just the worst PM we've ever had!🙈

I am not sure Johnson is capable of feeling ashamed.

It's a nice thought but sadly she didn't shame him. If he stood at the despatch box and his dishonourable member fell out of his trousers he wouldn't be ashamed. The man is a study in psychopathy and shamelessness.

Everybody else is always culpable, but never him.

How can parliament even allow this man to enter the place after the way he has acted and is still acting to this day is beyond me.

Like an old frying pan, one day the Teflon will wear out, and things will start to stick.

None of these Tory ministers can be shame faced because Humility is not within any one of them.

How the British public can still tolerate this brute is beyond me.
