We took the 1974 Super Cooper S down to Church Automotive to squeeze a few more HP out of the beast. Check the next video where we bring it tothe Irwindale Speedway for the Thursday night test and tune drag races. Over the course of several months I took the Super Cooper S to get ready for the race of a lifetime in a head to head show called the Fastest Car season 2 which airs 9/20/19 on Netflix. It was hard to practice knowing we had competition for watching us, so I had to do some sand bagging as we improved. Here is a Link:

I thought this Mini launched hard on Fastest Car. Makes me want to build one just to go out and hurt some feelings. 😆

I’ve been on a binge watching all videos about this car and have a few questions.
Any reason for the j32 over the j35? Was it convenience or market availability? Or was it a packaging or weight choice?
Even with the the high power to weight, the car looked like it tracked straight on throttle with few wiggles when Matt Farrah drove the car (this is the most impressive aspect to the build imo).
This is an inspiring combo and I’m stoked that there are builders pushing designs like this into the market. Top work. Killer build.

Amazing. But I just wondering, how to do maintenance for that engine? Oil change, etc...
