Russian oil facility on fire after Ukrainian drone strikes

Ukrainian drones have targeted Russia, causing explosions and fires at fuel refineries.

The attacks have cut electricity supplies and reached Moscow and beyond, according to reports from Russian authorities. Hours earlier the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, said the situation along the front of Ukraine's war with Russia was the best it had been in three months. Footage posted to Telegram shows an oil refinery in Kstovo in flames with billowing black smoke, seen from a car window.
