At 2:33 looking carefully, the NCSettings widget seems to shift to the left when moving from landscape back to portrait mode.

Is it possible to edit your lock screen in this manner? I've seen screenshots of lock screens that appear to use this tweak, yet I can't figure out how to actually edit mine.

the excitement of widgets only lasts (for me) about a day or two, the one and only thing I truly want is a toggles widget, that is the only thing that is truly useful.
I much rather click on tweetbot than read half a tweet on a sucky widget.
