Alternatively you can change one of your volume settings by one point, save it, and if you're game freezes you can just press the Xbox home button and it will unfreeze.

When this happened to me I tried restarting the game and now it just won’t start. It just stays at a black screen and won’t launch the game, even if I try opening it with a different profile.

I’m about to subscribe I’ve been addicted to this game since my girl showed me it and it started doing this around level 40

This works like 1/4 times for me realistically. I try all the tricks every time. I can be in my world 15 mins no save errors, then it’s every 30secs and drives me nuts. My recommendation - if it does happen to work, immediately close to title screen, because the error will happen again, and going back to title screen will force a save. If the error is happening and you can’t fix it, don’t go to title screen, your game will freeze and crash.

Oh man, this is the perfect solution. I was suffering and thought about deleting the game because of this problem, but I told you there is no need for that now. Thank you very much.

If it doesnt fix it you can also delete the RESERVED space for Palworld on Xbox. Hard reset clearing the cache for the Xbox and starting it back up. I did that and we were able to play for nearly 5 hours with no issue. And only crashed once, compared to the like 12 times or more the day before.

I may have found a workaround for the Xbox community and all you need to do is

open your inventory
then go to the in game options menu
change one thing, close the menu screen
you will see a save occur in the top right corner of your screen

Been having the same thing since the last update to the Xbox Pass version, may take trying it to see if it works out but it’s the only means of saving I have found
*after playing around with my world that’s is problematic again I had despawned 2 of my 3 bases reduced my pal amount in my one base temporarily to 4 and reduced the amount of items I had built in my last remaining base and that was my fix I have a strong feeling that even though you aren’t near the items you have built or spawned are persistent entities in the game bogging down a server maybe?*
