It happened to my Servo as well, it's a glitch, but easily fixed. Click on Nina and choose the Servo social menu, and then Change Appearance. At that point if you change the color, the costume disappears. If you want there's a bug report on AHQ, to which you can add your Me too.
And I'm voting for the Penthouse.

Edit: also isn't the horse going to die at some point soon? even if not, you could move the horse out to one of the country-side worlds and pretend he was adopted by someone there after Quinn passed

Edit: the horse complicates things, but I think the penthouse is worth it, esp since the horse is gonna die pretty soon. Also maybe Cay's kids can live in the new expansion pack world?

A bunch of names I gathered, I don't know if you're running low.

Snow bell - it's a kind of tree in Japan, could be a great sim to do a bunch of stuff with snowy escape!
Mori Bell - mori to be a normal name, based on the term ‘death bell’. Could be a ghost hunter!
Cat Bell - based on phrase “Bell the Cat”, meaning doing something really risky. Sim that does a bunch of dangerous stuff.
Lyra Bell - Bell Lyre is a kind of instrument used in marching bands. Musician sim.
Clear Bell - “Clear as a Bell”, singer sim.
Angel Bell - based on phrase “Every time a bell rings, an angel gets its wings”, sim who does a bunch of altruism stuff.
Silver Bell - okay i know people use this for a father winter thing, but consider silver as jewelry and using the new kit crafting stuff? they could be a variety crafter with a focus on jewelry.

not as fun as some of the names have been, but there's only so many puns before we get to just jingle and taco
