First off the Cinch is not to be used on reclaimer, its size is meant for the vulture. 2nd your distance sucks. for using a cinch you should be no more the 30m away and no closer the 25m. this will give you the best results. For the reclaimer yes abrade is the best one to use for the most amount of RMC.
