You all keep misunderstanding Jerry. He is finally doing what he should have been doing years ago: stop paying all this money out with no results. Make them earn it. All in for him has reached a point of settling down and letting everything play out. This might be the 1st year in a long time I don't have to hear about Dallas going to the Super Bowl every week. People have low expectations which line up with how the whole NFC east is in the first place.
