She is amazing! When she first came on stage...she took people by surprise...with her dynamic way(s). Very much like Janis Joplin. She is not from this era...shine on!

She had a follow up visit where she did a song she wrote herself.

She's an incredibly talented young girl. In subsequent rounds of AGT she went on to sing "Papa's Got a Brand New Bag" by James Brown, "Born to be Wild" by Steppenwolf, "River Deep, Mountain High" by Tina Turner and, to satisfy those who say she's the reincarnation of Janis Joplin, she sings "Piece of My Heart" in the final.

However, just when you've convinced yourselves she a talented soul/rock artist who takes over the stage like the best rock lead singers, she sits down on a stool with a microphone and wrings all the emotion out of a ballad with a performance worthy of Adele.

You should react to more of her performances (a much better description of her than "song"). I suggest the James Brown cover and the ballad "Somebody you loved" to see her incredible versatility and then watch her turn the quirky "Old Town Road" into a raunchy Rn'B number.

Currently shut down by the covid epidemic and having to finish school but we're going to see a lot more of this astonishing talent.
